Maiali a parte, ecco cosa si può scoprire in tre giorni a Cincinnati:
- Il quartiere un pò bohemien di Mt. Adams.
- I ponti ferro, fra il moderno e l’ottocentesco.
- Newport, il nuovo complesso dedicato ai divertimenti, con tanto di autentica birreria bavarese (anche se il menù si è poco a poco trasformato e adesso include, ad esempio, i “Chicken Fingers German Style” che dubito si trovino in Baviera..)
- I locali si dilettano in un gioco a squadre chiamato “Cornhole”, dimostrando la loro abilità nel tirare piccoli sacchetti pieni di mais. E lo prendono molto, molto sul serio.
Insomma, più giri qui negli States e più ti rendi conto della fortuna che abbiamo noi europei..
